For Certifed Staff
- Teaching Certificate – Expiration Date and recorded at the County School Office
- Transcripts
- Government issued I.D. card (with photo)
- Fingerprint Card – Expiration Date
- Social Security Card
- At least two (2) Letters of Recommendation
For Teaching Assistants
- High School Diploma or GED and
- Associates Degree or higher or
- Completed 2 years of study equaling 60 hours or more credit hours at accredited institution of Higher education (attached transcript; 100 level coursework and above)
- Obtained a passing score on an ADE approved assessment; ParaPro, ACT Workkeys, Master Teacher’s Para Educator Learning Network (attach score report)
- Government issued I.D. card (with photo)
- Fingerprint Card – Expiration Date
- Social Security Card
- At least two (2) Letters of Recommendation
